I have over 20 years’ experience of working with neuro-diverse young people (minimum age 15) and adults (Autism Spectrum conditions & associated soothing activities, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, Selective Mutism, stammer etc). Having trained and practised as a speech and language therapist, I now focus on humanistic psychotherapy because it is my passion to support individuals in broadening their unique way of being in the world. I have particular experience of working with: social anxiety, sensory difficulties, complex PTSD and speech and language challenges associated with being neuro-diverse. As well as supporting neuro-diverse people in navigating and challenging the often bewildering worlds of education, personal relationships and work.
